What kind of after-sales service are Mobvoi refurbished products eligible for?
The after-sales service policy for Mobvoi refurbished products is limited to 90 days after receiving the product. Warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product. Refurbished products can only be exchanged for refurbished products, not new products. Refurbished products are final-sale only and can not be returned in exchange for a refund.
