Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress from our Track My Order page.

Tracking updates can sometimes pause during international transit or customs processing. This is normal. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@kuykoo.com and we will investigate immediately.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will either resend the order or issue a full refund — your choice.

In most cases yes, however we recommend providing a full street address to avoid any delivery issues.

Yes. All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dolalr (USD $). Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency — this is outside our control.

🔄 Refunds & Issues

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or did not arrive at all, you are entitled to a full refund.

No. We do not require you to return the item. Simply contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we will process your refund.
