Feature:
1. There are aluminium heat dissipation fins in both inner and external electrodes. Such design has enlarged the heat radiation area, so as to enhance the cooling effect.
2. Dielectric material is made of silica tube with purity more than 99.8%, sealed by PTFE. Inner electrode is water cooling, while outer electrode is air cooling. The air channel is made of fluorine rubber hose which is anti- corrosion and oxidation. The water channel is made of the soft tube whose inner diameter is 8mm. the silica tube has great performance in dielectric, good tolerance, durable. The life span is about 20000 hours.

Structure:
1. High Voltage PCB components:
A/ potentiometer: main function is to adjust power consumption, so as to change the ozone concentration and ozone yield. Clockwise is to increase, while anti-clockwise is to decrease.
B/High voltage cable:the white cable needs to be installed on the connection terminal of the ozone tube heating sink. The yellow green cable needs be installed to the connection terminal of the inner electrode water cooling tube end.
1、C/ Power source connection terminal: two wire core and one plastic connection socket, Insert the power sources cables to the PCB power connection socket.
Application:
SFL-30GC Silica tube ozone generator mainly be used for 30g/h high concentration ozone machine. It is core component of the ozone machine; the feeding sources can be oxygen or ambient air, provided it is clean and dry. It can be used for purification and killing bacteria. It is mainly used in water treatment. It wins positive feedback because of the extraordinary workmanship and long life span.
Installation:
First Step: the PCB, transformer and ozone tube should be installed on insulation board, the insulation board should be fixed in the machine, the thickness of the plate should be more than 6mm, better to use epoxy and fiberglass. Attention: the distance from ozone tube and PCB to the shell of the metal box should be more than 10cm. Because if less, it will generate high voltage eddy current so as to break the unit. There should be a fan to cool down the heat sink, make sure the outer electrode of the ozone tube is under steady temperature.
Second Step: Connection of the air inlet and air outlet: either end can be used for air inlet or air outlet. The tube connected to the air inlet end can be silicone or PC soft tube, While the tube connected to the ozone outlet should be anti-oxidation material (PTFE tube is preferred). Make sure the connection is sealed well, no air leakage. The feeding sources no matter ambient air or oxygen, must be clean and dry, the temperature should be less than 45 degree, the humidity should be less than 70%.
Third Step: installation of the potentiometer. The potentiometer should be installed on the control panel outside of the machine shell, which is easy for the user to adjust the ozone concentration.
Fourth Step: Check the circuit. After the high voltage cable and high voltage earth cable were connected to the ozone tube, make sure the high voltage cable is as short as possible to avoid it touch other components. If possible, we can insert the high voltage cable to the silicone tube with inner diameter 8mm, so as to shield its disturbance. Other circuits, especially the digital display electric components wires, should not be near the high voltage (transformer, high voltage cable, ozone tube), to prevent the disturbance.
Attention:
1. Forbid to use in flammable and explosive places.
2. The temperature of ozone tube when operating should not exceed 60 degree.
3. The ozone concentration near the ozone outlet is quite high, human being or animal shouldn’t be around there when the ozone generator is on. 60 mins after it stop working, it is safe to enter.
4. Not professional staff shouldn’t open the machine.
5. When applied in water treatment, please make sure there shouldn’t be back water, otherwise, it will make the high voltage short out. Temperature is below 45degree.
Maintenance
1. After installation, the equipment should be put in a position with good ventilation, Environmental temperature should be between -10 to 40 degree. Relative humidity is below 85%.
2. When maintenance, need to turn off the power.
3. Regularly check the ventilation, when there is much dust, need to take heat sink down and clean, when dry then replace it.
4. The ozone generator can work 24hrs continuously, but the prerequisite is to make sure the air ventilation is good.
