How do I know if my printer is encrypted?

Method 1: Ask your printer vendor for encryption

Method 2: No ink cartridge is installed, there is no ink inside to print, turn on the printer to print, if the counter number changes, it proves that there is no encryption

What if you receive an ink cartridge from us that cannot be used due to your printer encryption?

Gently scrape the chip from the old cartridge with a blade and stick it to our cartridge
