Where is the logo file sent?

Dear, the logo file can be sent to the buyer’s session, the logo file format (jpg, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, page upload limit is 5MB) in order not to delay the delivery, wait until the sample is confirmed before placing an order.

Within what time period should the logo file be provided after placing an order?

The logo file shall be provided within 10 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, the order will automatically enter the non customized delivery process. Note: if the logo file is not provided for more than 10 hours, the subsequent logo cannot be customized.

Can I change the receiving address after placing an order?
