Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The order never arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe

No Return Required

We do not require you to return the item. Simply contact us with your order details and supporting photos and we will process your refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or public holidays
  • Orders outside the 30-day refund window

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are processed within 15-30 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost — your choice.
